Contact forms
We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, age, gender, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as filling out a contact form or posting a comment. This information is only used by us to enhance your online experience and to answer direct inquires you have submitted. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site (namely the contact form).
Log Files
Like many other Web sites, SBMC makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s experience around the site, and gather demographic information. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website via a comment, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
